Gentle Exercise and Mindful Movement for Care Home Residents

Our mindful movement classes nurture both body and mind through gentle exercise, music and mindfulness. They are designed for residents living with dementia, Parkinson’s, stroke recovery and limited mobility, with every session adapted to individual needs.

Using music, singing and props, classes are sensory and engaging, helping residents stay active, uplifted and connected. They promote mobility, ease stress and anxiety, and create joyful moments through movement and mindfulness.

In a group setting, residents benefit not only from improved strength, flexibility and balance, but also from social connection, laughter and shared experiences. This helps reduce isolation and encourages time away from their rooms.

Each class is delivered by an experienced practitioner who ensures every resident can participate safely and comfortably.
